Our Environmental Efforts
Based on our farms in Herefordshire, with views across fields and rolling countryside, we are deeply rooted and connected to nature. Our innovative growing methods using vertical farming techniques are designed with the environment in mind, using fewer inputs and lowering our water consumption by 75% compared to traditional farming techniques.
As a business, we consider people and the planet first and always aim to have a positive impact on our environment. All our products are plant-based and vegan friendly, and our production levels are matched to demand in order to minimise waste.
As part of our continued efforts to reduce our environmental footprint and help mitigate climate change, we’re planting trees.
For every purchase made, we plant a tree in our Lucullan Collection Forest.
We’ve teamed up with Tree-Nation, an organisation specialising in re-forestation, to plant trees on behalf of our customers for every purchase they make.
