Grown hydroponically on our farm in Herefordshire without pesticides and freeze dried on site for the highest quality product. Our herbs are produced using less water and fewer inputs than standard growing techniques. Freeze drying gives the herbs a wonderfully soft and silky product which retains a huge amount of flavour in comparison to traditional dried herbs.
